Digital Product Returns and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please ensure that the product meets your needs before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital goods, please contact us at support@hermanorganic.com.

Customer Retail Returns

Herman Organic stands by its products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it by contacting us at support@hermanorganic.com.

Requests for a return or refund must be made within and no later than 60 calendar days from the date of purchasing the product. Lost orders and missing or damaged product must be reported within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for customer retail returns. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on orders of two or more bottles.

  • If your product bottle is unused or the plastic seal has NOT been broken, you can simply mail it back to us with your packing slip or the return order form.
  • If your product bottle has been opened or the plastic seal has been broken, you must

contact us at support@hermanorganic.com before returning the product.

Packages returned to us must contain the following:

  • Your order numbers.
  • Your customer ID.

Without providing the information listed above, we will not be able to locate your order in our system and this may cause delays. Returns are processed in the order received and will only be processed once it has arrived at the return facility. Herman Organic is not responsible for refunding purchases made through third-party vendors.

Do NOT Refuse Your Package. Refusing a package can cause delays. There is no guarantee that your package will be returned within the 60-day period. If you refuse your package, a cancellation of your auto-ship profile will be included in the return process.

When will I see the refund in my bank or credit card?

When we receive your returned package(s), it may take up to three business days to issue a refund. Once we issue a refund, it may take up to 10 business days to see it in your bank or credit card used when making your purchase.
